Application Forms

To apply for a Missouri license, please go to mopro.mo.gov/license/s/ and register for your MOPRO Account. Once you have created your account, you can select "apply for license" to search for the appropriate profession type. If you would rather apply for licensure using paper, use the applications provided below.

Completed applications are processed in the order of receipt in as timely a manner as possible. Processing time varies depending on the volume of applications awaiting review and a specific licensure date cannot be projected. Please allow a minimum of ten (10) business days for the processing of your application once the Board has received the application, license fee, and it is placed into the queue. You should allow a minimum of ten (10) business days for the review of your application once the Board has received all required documents. Time should also be allowed once the application is approved and the link to the State Board Examination is provided; as well as, understand that there are many steps to the licensure process, calls/emails to check on the status of your application slows the process during this time.

No application can be approved until the entire file is complete. Therefore, you should not begin practicing in the State of Missouri until you have received notification that your license has been issued.
