  1. Licensed in Missouri and pursuing licensure in another state
    1. This may now be done online using your MOPRO account.
      2. OR
    2. Submit check or money order in the amount of twenty dollars ($20.00) made payable to the Missouri State Committee of Social Workers along with request for licensure verification.

  2. Licensed in another state and seeking licensure in Missouri:

    3. Verification of Licensure form needs to be completed by the state licensing agency. Be sure to contact the state licensing agency as there may be a fee for completing the form. The verification must come directly from the State and may be emailed to lcsw@pr.mo.gov The verification may come on the verifying states form.
