Final (delinquent) Entity and Broker renewal notices have been mailed - License expired June 30, 2016.
Approximately 1,900 postcard notices were mailed Tuesday, July 19, 2016, to entities and broker type licensees whose licenses expired June 30, 2016 (and remained expired as of the date of mailing).
PLEASE BE ADVISED that if the entity (or your license) information is not found in a licensee search conducted on the MREC website, the license EXPIRED effective June 30, 2016, and the licensee NO LONGER has a valid license authorizing the licensee to conduct real estate activity.
ENTITY NOTIFICATIONS were mailed, in the form of a postcard, to the business address on file with the MREC office.

BROKER TYPE LICENSE NOTIFICATIONS were mailed, in the form of a postcard, to the licensee's home address on file with the MREC office.
Brokers (BRK); Broker Associates (BRA); Broker Officer (BRO); Broker Partner (BRP); Broker-Salesperson (BRS); Prof. Corp. Broker-Salesperson (PCB) and Inactive Broker (INB)
If the required 12-hours of CE was not completed on or before June 30, 2016, by broker type licensees, the licensee MUST complete the 24-hour Missouri Real Estate Practice course before the license will be renewed.

A delinquent fee, in addition to the renewal fee, is required to renew an expired license. The delinquent fee is $50 a month (or partial month thereof), to a maximum delinquent fee of $200.
ONLINE RENEWAL IS NOT AN OPTION FOR EXPIRED ENTITY AND BROKER TYPE LICENSES.
