State Board of Podiatric Medicine Proposes Amendments to Infection Control and Biennial Renewal Rules
The State Board of Podiatric Medicine has published proposed amendments for consideration and comment to the Infection Control (20 CSR 2230-2.023) and Biennial Renewal (20 CSR 2230-2.030) rules. The proposed rules are published in the September 16, 2019 publication of the Missouri Register and can be found on the Secretary of State’s website at https://www.sos.mo.gov/CMSImages/AdRules/moreg/2019/v44n18Sept16/v44n18.pdf. Click on the “Commerce and Insurance” bookmark. The proposed rules appear beginning on page 37 of the pdf document (page 2391 of the publication).
The proposed amendments are open for a thirty (30) day period of time in which public comment will be accepted during the rule making process before the rules become finalized. Anyone may file a statement in support of or in opposition to a proposed amendment with the State Board of Podiatric Medicine, PO Box 1335, Jefferson City, MO 65102, via facsimile at (573) 751-6301, or via email to email@example.com by close of business October 16, 2019.
