Senate Bill 754 (http://www.senate.mo.gov/10info/pdf-bill/tat/SB754.pdf), passed and signed in 2010, adds physician assistants to the current list of qualified professionals who may complete such certifications.
The Missouri Department of Revenue has modified forms 1776 - Physician's Statement for Disabled License Plates/Placards (http://dor.mo.gov/forms/1776.pdf) and 2769 - Application for Disabled Person Placard (http://dor.mo.gov/forms/2769.pdf) to include the physician assistants as qualified individuals to complete the medical certification.
