***ONLINE LICENSE RENEWALS******REQUEST FOR DUPLICATE RENEWAL APPLICATION***
NEW: Effective August 4th, pharmacy technician applications must be submitted via the MOPRO online licensing portal. Paper applications will no longer be available online after August 4th. Paper applications postmarked or pending with the office prior to August 4th will still be processed; Applicants do not need to reapply online. Paper applications postmarked or received after August 4th will be returned with instructions for applying through MOPRO.
