James L. Gray III, PharmD, MBA served as Executive Director of Pharmacy at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, from 1983 - 2023. From 1988 to 1995 Dr. Gray also served as the administrative director for transplant programs at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. From 1979 to 1983 Dr. Gray held clinical and administrative positions at LifeMark Pharmacy Management in Houston, TX and from 1977 to 1979 was an assistant professor at the Ohio State University College of Pharmacy. Dr. Gray received a BS in pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh in 1975. He earned a PharmD at Duquesne University and completed an ASHP accredited residency in pharmacy practice at Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh, in 1977. He completed his MBA at Washington University in 2001. He is a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Missouri Society of Health System Pharmacists, Missouri Pharmacy Association and National Association of Boards of Pharmacy. He is a past recipient of the Missouri Society of Health System Pharmacists Research and Education Foundation's Thomas J. Garrison Achievement Award and previously served on the Board from 1997 to 2002.

Christian Tadrus, PharmD, is a primary care pharmacist and owner of independent community pharmacies and direct primary care clinics located in rural Missouri. His pharmacies work within their communities to improve health outcomes and address health disparities through partnered programs, clinical medication synchronization, adherence packaging, immunizations, point-of-care testing, comprehensive and targeted medication reviews, long-term care consulting and coordination of care. He is credentialed to provide immunizations, medication therapy management and to engage in advanced practice protocols.

Dr. Tadrus also serves as a Board Member of the National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA), on the Board of Managers for the Community Pharmacy Enhances Services Network (CPESN-USA) and Board of the Partnership for DSCSA Governance (PDG). He is the current Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees for the National Council for Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP), a past-President of the Missouri Pharmacy Association and one of six appointees to the the Missouri Joint Oversight Task Force for Prescription Drug Monitoring (JOTF). Dr. Tadrus recently served on the Pharmacy Interoperability and Emerging Therapeutics Task Force under HHS's Health Information Technology Advisory Committee (HITAC) and routinely contributes perspective and knowledge to working groups of the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP).

Dr. Tadrus received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Management from Boston University and both a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Pharmacy from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy at the University of Health Sciences & Pharmacy in St. Louis.

Douglas Lang received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1981 from the Saint Louis College of Pharmacy. He holds licensure as a pharmacist in Arkansas, Delaware Louisiana, and Nebraska. Mr. Lang started his pharmacy career at Saint Louis University Medical Center serving as a Staff Pharmacist and Assistant Director of Pharmacy. He then practiced in the area of Home Infusion Pharmacy for over fifteen years and was the Pharmacy Manager of the BJC Home Infusion Program. Currently, Mr. Lang is the Vice President of Pharmacy Compliance for Express Scripts Inc., based in St. Louis, Missouri. He provides compliance oversight to the company's mail-order, specialty, fertility pharmacies and its specialty drug distribution operations. He is a member of the Saint Louis Society of Health System Pharmacists and Missouri Society of Health System Pharmacists. He is a member American Society of Health-System Pharmacists and National Association of Boards of Pharmacy. He is a past recipient of the Saint Louis Society and Missouri Society Pharmacist of the Year Award and a past recipient of the Missouri Research and Education Foundations Thomas Garrison Award. He is a past member of the Missouri Board of Pharmacy serving from 2002 to 2007.

Ms. Parran holds an M.A.degree in Business Management from Webster University and received a B.A.degree in Journalism from Stephens College. Ms. Parran is Principal for KKCharles Communications, LLC, a public and media relations company. She previously held positions as AssociateState Director for Public Affairs for AARP Missouri, Communications Director for the Urban League of Greater Kansas City, Artspace Editor for the Ohio ArtsCouncil, and Administrator for Rockwell International. She is Chair of the National Board of Directors for Women in Communications (AWC) and President of the AWC Advancement Fund. She serves as Vice President, Urban League of GreaterKansas City; Secretary, Kansas City Association of Black Journalists (KCABJ); and Board of Trustees and Executive Committee for Stephens College. She has memberships in the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ), National Association of Black Journalists(NABJ), Women of Color in Communications, American Association of UniversityWomen (AAUW), International Association of Women (IAW), Central Exchange, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Colby Grove holds Bachelor's degrees in Chemistry and Biology, and minors in Business and Global Studies from Drury University. He received his Doctorate of Pharmacy from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine School of Pharmacy. Dr. Grove is owner of The Pharmacy @ Pleasant Hope as well as Ash Grove Pharmacy, Inc. The pharmacies offer prescriptions services, compounding, immunizations, and long term care services. During his career he served as an intern for the Professional Compounding Centers of America, Mercy and Cox Hospitals before working at Walgreens and CVS Pharmacy. Dr. Grove is currently active in both the Missouri Pharmacists Association (MPA) and National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA). Colby is a third generation pharmacist as well as a third generation pharmacy owner from a family of ten pharmacists dating back to the early 1900's. His great uncle, grandfather, father, mother, and uncle have all owned independent pharmacies across the Midwest. It is because of his family history that Colby has formed a lifelong passion for community pharmacy.

Ms. Thompson is a licensed pharmacist in both Missouri and Kansas, with certifications in Immunizations, Medication Therapy Management, and Diabetes Care and Education. Ms. Thompson holds a Bachelor of Science in pharmacy from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Pharmacy.

Darren Harris, 52, of Kennett Missouri is the owner and operator of Harris Pharmacy since 1996. He is a 1994 graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Pharmacy. Darren is currently serving on the Dunklin County Health Commission as Vice-President of the Board. He is also a member of the Kennett Memorial Airport Board and Drainage District #2 serving as President of both.
