Graduate Nurse Release Form

When you apply for a license by exam, you will have the option to complete a graduate nurse release form that will allow you to provide the email address of your employer. When exam results are received your employer will receive your exam results by email.

If you have already submitted an exam application and need to designate an employer, go to your MOPRO account at mopro.mo.gov/license/s/. Click on MY APPLICATIONS. Scroll down to the applicable application, click the eye icon under the ACTION column to view your application. Near the top of the next page, click on the button that says GRADUATE NURSE RELEASE FORM and follow the prompts.
