Renewal Dates

All embalmer, funeral director and funeral establishment licenses are renewed on a biennial basis. Listed below are the professions and the date that licenses expire.

Funeral Director - License expires May 31 of each even year
Embalmer - License expires May 31 of each even year
Funeral Establishment - License expires December 31 of each odd year

All preneed seller, preneed provider, preneed agent and preneed agent funeral director licenses and registrations are renewed on an annual basis. Listed below are the professions and the date the licenses or registrations expire.

Preneed Seller - License expires October 31 of each year
Preneed Provider - License expires October 31 of each year
Preneed Agent - Registration expires November 30 of each year
Preneed Agent Funeral Director - Registration expires November 30 of each year

Each preneed provider and preneed seller shall remit an annual report prior to October 31 of each year as a part of their renewal process.
