Verification of Licensure
To request a verification of licensure that is generally required when seeking licensure in another state, submit a check or money order in the amount of ten dollars ($10.00) made payable to the Office of Statewide Electrical Contractors.
Verifications of licensure include licensee name, license number, license status, original issue date, expiration date, method of licensure and disciplinary action, if applicable.
Please include your name, address, license number and the name and address of the agency where you want the verification sent. If you have a form from the other state agency you may send that form and include the same information.
Unless specifically requested, the verification of licensure will be sent directly to the agency from our office.
