Renewal Information

All licenses are renewed triennially with exception of those issued prior to the first license expiration date of September 30, 2020.

Following renewal in 2020 all licenses will expire September 30 of every third year.

Notices of renewal are mailed to the licensee's mailing address approximately 90 days prior the expiration date. It is important that licensee's maintain a current mailing address with the office.
