EDUCATIONAL REVIEW

If the applicant has completed a program and unsure it meets Missouri requirements, the applicant can request an educational review of the transcript. For the committee to conduct an educational review, the following is required:

• Written Request to include social security number and email address.
• ·Official transcript (in a sealed envelope or mailed to the Committee from the University or the university can submit them electronically)
• If your specific program is CACREP approved you do not need to submit an Educational Review (if you are unsure please ask your program)
• $25 fee
