To request a duplicate LPC license, please email profcounselor@pr.mo.gov. Include your license number and address to where the duplicate license is to be mailed. Or, you can mail your request toMissouri Committee for Professional Counselors, PO Box 1335, Jefferson City MO 65102. There is no cost for the duplicate license.
