NOTICE REGARDING PROPOSED RULE S ON FEES
https://counselingcompact.org/compact-commission/rulemaking/ for the proposed rule on fees.
Public notice will be taken until January 11, 2024. Public comment will not be taken during the Full Commission Meeting on February 12, 2025, unless a public hearing is specifically requested. This is a change from past procedures to align with the rules and bylaws.
Applications for Counseling Compact privileges to practice are expected to open in 2025.
