Chapter 9 Rule on Consistent Credentialing - posted June 3, 2026

The proposed text for Chapter 9 is out for public comment based on substantive changes made from previous public comment. The public comment period ends July 12, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time.

To submit a public comment, interested persons may electronically submit written comments on the proposed rule to executivedirector@counselingcompact.gov with the subject line "Counseling Compact Rule Comment."

Missouri Counseling Compact Implementation Status/Update

Applications for Counseling Compact privileges to practice are expected to open in 2025.
