Proposed Rules

The State Board of Chiropractic Examiners has worked to consolidate rules and rescind rules that are outdated or duplicate the licensure law. Anyone can submit a written comment r to the State Board regarding the proposed amendments via email at chiropractice@pr.mo.gov, fax at 573/751-0735 or in writing to State Board of Chiropractic Examiners, PO Box 672, Jefferson City, MO 65102. Comments must be received within thirty (30) days of the publication date in the Missouri Register and all comments will be reviewed by the State Board. When submitting a comment, please make sure to reference the rule number and title in the comment, for example 2.030 Diagnostic and Adjunctive Procedures.

Notice: Renewal for the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners

The online renewal portal is no longer available. If the license was not renewed online or via a paper renewal form post marked no later than February 28, 2019 a reinstatement form and applicable fees are required. To obtain the reinstatement form, please email chiropractic@pr.mo.gov, fax 573/751-0735 or send a request via regular mail. Please make sure to provide the name, current address, and license number in the request. The reinstatement information will be emailed or sent via regular mail to the licensee. The form, fee, and any additional documentation must be mailed to the board office.


Sensitive Information

When corresponding with the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners by e-mail and/or facsimile (fax), please refrain from including any sensitive personal identifying information such as Social Security Number or Date of Birth. The State Board does not need you to include sensitive personal information, in order to respond to your email or fax.
