MO 419-146 Application for Continuing Education Course Approval

MO 419-1661 Application for Name Approval of Professional Corporation
Must be accompanied by the $15.00 fee

CE providers that pay the $500 fee for the next biennial cycle, may submit no earlier November 1st, 2026.

Missouri now accepts PACE, because of a substantial increase in the volume of CE applications. We are taking the necessary steps now, to avoid requiring a fee increase. Those providers interested in learning more about PACE can use the following link: CE Providers
