Check the Status of a Pending Application

In order to check the status of your application, you will need the email sent to you by the office for your PIN.

If you need to request a duplicate copy of your PIN, please email or fax a written request to the board office. All inquiries regarding documentation can be emailed to podiatry@pr.mo.gov or faxed to (573) 751-6301.

The information you will find here is what is still needed in order to further process your application. Once all of the lacking documentation has been received, you will no longer be able to access this website. Please check the Licensee Search option on the board's homepage to see if your license has been issued. If the license has not been issued, your file is still being processed and you will need to allow an additional 5 to 10 business days before contacting the board office.
