Check the Status of a Pending Application
In order to check the status of your application, you will need the email sent to you by the office for your PIN. Please enter your last name and PIN below to view the information received or required by the office. If documentation is required, please send it to the office via regular mail and allow at least ten (10) business days from receipt of any documentation to be processed. In order to assure application information remains confidential and pursuant to section 324.001.8 RSMo, inquiries regarding receipt of documentation or the status of a file must be sent to the office in writing via fax, email, or regular mail. All inquiries regarding documentation can be emailed to reacom@pr.mo.gov or faxed to 573/526-3489. If you need to request a duplicate copy of your PIN, please email or fax a request to the office.
Once a license number is issued and all required documentation has been received, no further information will be available via this website.
