The following fees are established by the Office of Athletics and are payable in the form of a cashier's check, personal check or money order:
$400.00 Boxing Promoter, Wrestling Promoter and Martial Arts Promoter
$200.00 Boxing Matchmaker, Wrestling Matchmaker and Martial Arts Matchmaker
$150 Permit Fee per Show
$50.00 Boxing Referee, Boxing Judge, Wrestling Referee, Martial Referee and Martial Arts Judge
$40.00 Pro Boxing Contestant, Pro Wrestling Contestant and Pro Martial Arts Contestant
$40.00 Amateur Contestant
$30.00 Boxing Second, Wrestling Second, Martial Arts Second
$20.00 Timekeeper
$20.00 Boxing / MMA ID Card
