Mission
PURPOSE:To regulate real estate appraisers in accordance with federal and state laws, rules, and policies in the State of Missouri.
MISSION:
To protect the public interest through examining candidates, issuing certificates, approving qualifying and continuing education courses, investigating complaints, and administering disciplinary actions to persons in violation of rules, statutes, and uniform standards.
VISION:
To remain the premier regulatory commission operating at maximum efficiency, providing exemplary consumer protection, and enhanced quality improvement of licensees, recognizing that these are changing times and that the nature of professional services must change accordingly.
