Course Providers
ATTENTION COURSE PROVIDERS:
Please be advised that effective July 1, 2007 the Missouri Real Estate Appraisers Commission will require that all pre licensure education courses be pre-approved by the Appraisal Qualifications Board (AQB) prior to submitting the information to the Commission for review. As a provider you will need to submit proof of AQB approval with the information you submit to the Commission for review. Should you have any questions regarding the AQB course approval process you may visit their website at www.appraisalfoundation.org.
The Missouri Real Estate Appraisers Commission must approve all education courses.
