Beginning February 1, 2021, the Division and its boards will begin to accept members of the public in its building. Rather than entering the building individuals may continue to conduct business by contacting the boards via phone and/or email as listed on the left below under General Inquiries or drop items in our drop box (we ask that all items be placed in a sealed envelope labeled with the board name). For those that choose to enter the building please note additional procedures will be in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic. See below for additional procedures.
  • You will be required to self-screen and if experiencing any COVID 19 symptoms we ask that you not enter the building.
  • You will be asked to wear masks/facial coverings while in the building.
  • Physical distancing practices will be in place.
  • You may be asked to wait outside or in your vehicle if the number of members of the public in the lobby exceed three.
  • Please have any documents that require notarization completed, including the notarization, prior to visit.
  • If present to take an examination, you will be expected to submit to screening questions. If you have any of the common symptoms of COVID 19, you will not be granted entry into the building. Staff will be on hand to meet you at the front of the building and you will be expected to maintain social distancing within the Division of Professional Registration.
  • If you are a member of the public who wishes to attend the public meeting of one of our boards, the board may provide you information to attend virtually, if that is an option, as seating will be limited. Those who enter the building for the meeting will be required to maintain physical distancing and mask requirements. You may be asked to wait outside if you have a scheduled appointment with the board and be expected to submit to screening questions relating to COVID 19.
