Supervisor Training - Course Content
The State Committee for Social Workers recommends that all providers of the 16 hour supervision training courses use the ASWB guidelines in developing their course content. This should be used in conjunction with the six components required by our rules for supervisors under 20 CSR 2263-2.031. For your convenience, the link to the ASWB guidelines is http://www.aswb.org/pdfs/supervisionjobanalysis.pdf.
