Notice: License Renewal

The postcard renewal notice for licensed chiropractic physicians has been mailed. Please allow at least five (5) business days for the postcard to be delivered. The postcard notice will include information on how to renew the license online or request a paper renewal form. The renewal fee is $50 for the 2017-2019 biennial licensure cycle and the online processing fee is $1.25 paid directly to the vendor processing the renewal application.

The online renewal system will shut down at 11:59 p.m. February 28, 2017. Due to the potential volume of online renewals, licensees are encouraged to start the online renewal process no later than 11:45 p.m. February 28, 2017.

Pursuant to section 331.050.1 RSMo, "Failure of the licensee to receive the renewal form shall not relieve the licensee of the duty to renew his or her license and pay the fee required by this chapter." If a licensee does not receive a postcard notice or if the mailing address has changed since the last renewal cycle, please send an email to chiropractic@pr.mo.gov and include the licensee name, license number, former and current address. To obtain a paper renewal application, please send a request via fax or email to the board office and include the license number and mailing address.
