Licensed or Certified appraisers from those states with which Missouri has a reciprocal agreement (See Appraiser Reciprocal Agreements) may make application to the Missouri Real Estate Appraisers Commission for licensure via reciprocity.

Reciprocity will not be granted unless the requirements for licensure in the applicant's state of domicile are at least equivalent to the requirements in the State of Missouri for that level of licensure.

1.) Complete, sign and have notarized the Reciprocity Form.

2.) Contact your board and request a current, original letter of good standing. (This letter may be sent directly from the board, or may be forwarded by the applicant.)

3.) Submit the form with the appropriate fee.

4.) Identix Fingerprint Receipt.

The Commission operates on a biennial cycle, in which all licenses expire on June 30 of even numbered years. You may obtain your license by paying the pro-rated amount as follows:
