    The Commission has a policy (May 2003) to NOT accept any pre-license on-line courses. In addition, the Commission has a policy (July 2003) to NOT accept on-line USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) education.

    Courses must be a minimum of fifteen (15) hours in length and must include an exam at the conclusion of the course.
