AMC Legislation

House Bill 1103 and Senate Bill 635 passed by the MO legislature on May 16 and now awaits review and consideration by the Governor. Both bills contain language regarding the regulation of appraisal management companies and creates the trainee licensure designation.

If signed by the Governor the legislation will be effective on August 28, 2012. The Commission will be working on the appropriate regulations to enforce the newly passed legislation.
